Ritz Cocktail

Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of dry vermouth, and a dash of orange bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on top.
