Rock and Rye (Brandy)
A warming, spiced cocktail featuring the smoothness of brandy, complemented by aromatic bitters and a touch of sweetness.
Instructions
- Chill an Old Fashioned glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of brandy and 1/4 ounce of rock candy syrup.
- Add 2 dashes of aromatic bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink.
