A refreshing and fruity twist on the classic Sangria, made with rosé wine and a mix of seasonal fruits.

History

Sangria originated in Spain and has been enjoyed for centuries as a way to refresh on hot summer days. The addition of rosé adds a lighter, vibrant character to this beloved drink.

Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle of rosé wine and 1/4 cup of brandy.
Step 2.
- Add 1/4 cup of orange liqueur, such as triple sec or Cointreau.
Step 3.
- Slice and add 1 orange, 1 lemon, and 1 lime into the pitcher.
Step 4.
- Stir in 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) and 1 apple chopped into pieces.
Step 5.
- Top off with 2 cups of sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy finish.
Step 6.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Step 7.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld. Serve over ice.

150 g Mixed berries — washed
1 whole Apple — chopped
480 ml Sparkling water or lemon-lime soda — none (optional)
20 g Fresh berries — for garnish (garnish)
1 whole Mint Sprig — for garnish (garnish)
