Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of brandy, 1 oz of orange liqueur, and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
