Instructions
- In a highball glass, add 1 ripe banana. Mash it using a muddler until it’s smooth.
- Add 2 oz of white rum to the glass with the mashed banana.
- Pour in 1 oz of fresh lime juice and 1 oz of simple syrup for sweetness.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
- Top with club soda to add a bit of fizz, adding to taste.
- Garnish with a slice of banana on the rim.
