Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 oz of light rum, 1 oz of blue curaçao, 2 oz of pineapple juice, and 0.5 oz of sweet and sour mix to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
