Step 1.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Pour in the light rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
Step 3.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass so it settles at the bottom.
Step 6.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
