Rum Irish Coffee
A warm and comforting twist on the classic Irish coffee, infused with the rich flavors of rum.
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of hot coffee.
- In a separate cup, add brown sugar to the hot coffee and stir until dissolved.
- Pour in the dark rum and stir well to combine.
- Top the mixture with a generous layer of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon on top for garnish.

• 1 tbsp Brown sugar
• 1.5 oz Dark rum
• 2 tbsp Whipped cream
• 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
