Rum Moonlight Daiquiri

Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the refrigerator or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, add 2 ounces of white rum.
- Add 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Add 1 ounce of simple syrup.
- Add 1 ounce of passion fruit puree for a tropical twist.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
