Sake Sidecar
A refreshing twist on the classic Sidecar, featuring the unique flavors of sake, combined with citrus and a touch of sweetness.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of sake, 1 ounce of orange liqueur, and 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
