Salty Dog
A refreshing and zesty cocktail with a salty rim, combining the flavors of grapefruit juice and vodka.
Instructions
- Prepare your glass by rimming it with salt. To do this, rub a grapefruit wedge around the rim and then dip it into a plate of coarse salt.
- Fill the highball glass with ice cubes.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka and 4 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice.
- Shake well until chilled, then strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
