Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of rye whiskey, 1 oz of dry vermouth, and 1/2 oz of lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist by expressing the oils over the drink and dropping it in.
