Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 ounces of Scotch whisky.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice.
Step 4.
- Add 3/4 ounce of honey syrup (1:1 honey and water).
Step 5.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
