Scotch Irish Coffee
A rich and warm coffee cocktail combining the smoothness of Scotch whisky with the creaminess of Irish whiskey, perfect for cold evenings.
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
- In a heat-resistant glass, add 1 oz of Scotch whisky.
- Add 1 oz of Irish whiskey to the glass.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the glass, filling it about 3/4 full.
- Stir in 1 tsp of brown sugar until dissolved.
- Top with a generous layer of whipped cream.
- Dust with cocoa powder for garnish.
