Step 1.
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
Step 2.
- In a heat-resistant glass, add 1 oz of Scotch whisky.
Step 3.
- Add 1 oz of Irish whiskey to the glass.
Step 4.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the glass, filling it about 3/4 full.
Step 5.
- Stir in 1 tsp of brown sugar until dissolved.
Step 6.
- Top with a generous layer of whipped cream.
Step 7.
- Dust with cocoa powder for garnish.
