Scotch Islay Negroni
A smoky twist on the classic Negroni, featuring the distinctive flavors of Islay Scotch whisky, complemented by sweet vermouth and bitter Campari.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1 oz of Islay Scotch.
- Pour in 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 oz of Campari.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
