Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 2 oz of Islay Scotch and 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Pour in 1/2 oz of honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts honey and hot water until blended).
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
