Step 1.
- Heat water in a kettle until just below boiling.
Step 2.
- In a mug, combine the Islay Scotch, honey, and lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Pour the hot water into the mug and stir until the honey is dissolved.
Step 4.
- Taste and adjust with more honey or lemon as needed.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
