History
The Scotch Kingston Negroni emerged in the late 20th century as bartenders began experimenting with various spirits in classic cocktails, leading to this unique Scotch variation.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 1.5 oz of Scotch whisky to the mixing glass.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 oz of Campari.
Step 4.
- Add 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
Step 5.
- Stir well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Step 7.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
