Scotch Martinez
A rich and smoky twist on the classic Martinez cocktail, featuring Scotch whisky and herbal liqueur.
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of Scotch whisky.
- Pour in 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 0.5 oz of orange liqueur.
- Include 0.25 oz of maraschino liqueur.
- Add a dash of orange bitters. When prepared, stir the mixture with ice for about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink, then place it in the glass as garnish.
