Scotch Red Hook
A refined cocktail that combines the smokiness of Scotch with the sweet and herbal notes of vermouth and maraschino liqueur.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of blended Scotch, 0.5 oz sweet vermouth, and 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
