Scotch Remember the Maine
A rich and complex twist on the classic Remember the Maine cocktail, incorporating the smoky notes of Scotch whisky.
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, add 2 ounces of Scotch whisky.
- Pour in 1 ounce of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1/2 ounce of cherry liqueur.
- Include a dash of orange bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
