Step 1.
- Muddle the sugar cube with a few dashes of bitters in a rocks glass.
Step 2.
- Add a splash of water to dissolve the sugar.
Step 3.
- Add a large ice cube to the glass.
Step 4.
- Pour in the Scotch whisky and stir gently to combine the flavors.
Step 5.
- Add a few smoked cherries on top.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a cherry and an orange twist.
