Instructions
- Add a sugar cube to an Old Fashioned glass.
- Muddle the sugar cube with a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of water until dissolved.
- Add a large ice cube to the glass.
- Pour 2 oz of Scotch whisky over the ice.
