Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of Scotch whisky and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup to balance the flavors.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with soda water for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
