Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Scotch whisky, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 2.
- Add 4 oz of whole milk and a pinch of salt to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg on top.
