Instructions
Step 1.
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
Step 2.
- Pour in 3 ounces of dry white wine.
Step 3.
- Add 1 ounce of Select Aperitivo (or similar bitter aperitif).
Step 4.
- Top with 2 ounces of soda water.
Step 5.
- Stir gently to combine ingredients.

- Garnish with a slice of orange.
