Originating from Italy, Sgroppino was traditionally served as a palate cleanser between courses, especially at the end of a meal.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Scoop approximately 2 oz of lemon sorbet into a blender or mixing glass.
Step 2.
- Add 1 oz of vodka and 3 oz of Prosecco to the blender.
Step 3.
- Blend gently until smooth, being careful not to overmix to retain some bubbles.
Step 4.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon zest on top.
