Sherry Fix
A refreshing cocktail that combines sweet sherry with citrus and a hint of sweetness, perfect for warm days.
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Pour in 2 oz of Fino sherry.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
