Sherry Negroni (Modern Spec)
A modern twist on the classic Negroni, substituting gin with sherry for a richer, complex flavor profile.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in 1 oz of sherry.
- Add 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Add 1 oz of Campari.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
