Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1.5 oz of Brandy, 0.5 oz of orange liqueur, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top up the glass with 2 oz of sparkling wine.
- Garnish with an orange twist by expressing the oils over the drink and placing it in the glass.
