Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin, cherry liqueur, Benedictine, and grenadine into the shaker.
- Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and add the pineapple juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
