The Single Barrel Old Fashioned
A classic whiskey cocktail with a rich and smooth profile, highlighting the depth of a single barrel bourbon.
Instructions
- In an Old Fashioned glass, add 1 sugar cube and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Muddle the sugar and bitters together until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add 2 oz of single barrel bourbon to the glass.
- Fill the glass with one large ice cube or several smaller cubes.
- Stir gently to chill and combine the ingredients.
- Express the oils of an orange twist over the drink and then drop it in as a garnish.
- Add a cherry as an additional garnish.
