Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of gin and 0.5 ounces of dry vermouth.
- Add a dash of smoky mezcal to impart a unique flavor.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon. Serve immediately.
