Instructions
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Soju, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of honey syrup.
- If using granulated honey, mix 1 part honey with 1 part hot water to create the syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
