Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute.
- In a blender, mix fresh ripe peaches until smooth to create a puree.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 ounces of soju and 1 ounce of peach puree.
- Gently pour in 3 ounces of sparkling wine and stir gently to mix.
- Strain into the chilled champagne flute.
- Garnish with a slice of peach on the rim.
