Step 1.
- Chill a coupé glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of soju, 0.75 oz of Cointreau, 0.75 oz of Lillet Blanc, and 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.
Step 5.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled coupé glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
