Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of soju and 1 oz of freshly brewed espresso.
- Add 0.5 oz of coffee liqueur and 0.5 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans on top.
