Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water while preparing the cocktail.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of soju, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds, until well-chilled.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
