Soju Punch is a modern fusion cocktail inspired by traditional Korean drinking culture, where soju is often enjoyed with fruit mixers during social gatherings. This punch brings a burst of tropical flavors, making it perfect for summer parties.

Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large bowl or pitcher, combine 1 bottle (750ml) of soju with 2 cups of pineapple juice.
Step 2.
- Add 1 cup of orange juice and 1 cup of club soda for some fizz.
Step 3.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and adjust sweetness with a tablespoon of simple syrup, if desired.
Step 4.
- Add slices of fresh kiwi and pineapple to the mixture for flavor and garnish.
Step 5.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
