Step 1.
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add 2 oz of soju and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Shake well with ice until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
Step 5.
- Top with 3 oz of sparkling wine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
