Soju Sidecar
A refreshing twist on the classic Sidecar, replacing brandy with soju for a lighter take.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the refrigerator or with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of soju, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 ounce of orange liqueur.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
