Instructions
- Cut a fresh watermelon into cubes and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
- In a mixing glass, combine 3 ounces of soju with 2 ounces of watermelon juice.
- Add 1 ounce of lime juice and 1 ounce of simple syrup to the mixing glass.
- Fill the highball glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge on the rim.
