Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz gin, 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur, and 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice.

- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Top with 1 oz of sparkling wine.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately.
