Step 1.
- Start by preparing fresh strawberries. Wash and hull them, then slice them.
Step 2.
- In a chilled flute glass, pour in the freshly prepared strawberry pureé until it fills about one third of the glass.
Step 3.
- Slowly top the glass with chilled sparkling wine, filling it to the brim while gently stirring to mix.
Step 4.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass.
