Instructions

Step 1.
- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, and brandy.
Step 2.
- Add the chopped fruit including oranges, lemons, and berries.
Step 3.
- Mix gently and let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
Step 4.
- Just before serving, add the soda water for a refreshing fizz.
Step 5.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional fruit slices.

240 ml Orange juice — freshly squeezed
120 ml Brandy — optional (optional)
500 ml Soda Water — to taste (optional)
1 whole Oranges — sliced
1 whole Lemons — sliced
1 cup Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries) — halved or whole
