Sunrise Layered Cocktail
A visually stunning layered cocktail that combines fruity flavors with the warm hues of sunrise, perfect for any celebration.
Instructions
- Start by chilling a highball glass with ice water for a few minutes.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of tequila with 1 oz of orange juice and 1 oz of grenadine.
- Fill the chilled glass with ice cubes to half full.
- Pour the tequila and orange juice mixture over the ice slowly to avoid mixing.
- Carefully drizzle 1 oz of grenadine into the glass. It will sink, creating a layered effect.
- Top off with a splash of soda water for fizz.
- Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice on the rim.
