Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of brandy, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1/4 oz of absinthe.
Step 3.
- Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 4.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.

- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
