The Belfast Coffee
A delightful combination of rich coffee and Irish whiskey, topped with a frothy cream layer.
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee.
- In a heatproof glass, pour in the freshly brewed hot coffee until it's about 3/4 full.
- Add Irish whiskey to the coffee and stir gently to combine.
- Top the drink with a layer of freshly whipped cream carefully spooned over the back of a spoon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 30 ml Fresh whipped cream
