Instructions
Step 1.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
Step 2.
- Pour 2 oz of Irish whiskey over the ice.
Step 3.
- Add 1/2 oz of herbal liqueur.
Step 4.
- Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon.
Step 5.
- Top with club soda to fill the glass.
Step 6.
- Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
