Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle 4-5 fresh mint leaves with 1 ounce of simple syrup and half a lemon cut into wedges.
- Add 2 ounces of bourbon and fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.
